I was a U.K Police Officer for 28 years and my wife owned her own Real Estate Company in the U.K for several years. Together we have built several homes for ourselves and I am able to pass on my experiences for any clients wishing to do likewise.
I have been a Licensed Florida Realtor for 25 years and have sold many homes as well as businesses to and for satisfied clients, many of whom are either returning or referred clients. I work closely with people from the U.S as well as my native U.K. We also own a very successful Property Management Company , so we are well versed in the needs of both buyers and sellers of investment property, for both long and short term rental, and I can offer some very sound advice in both aspects.
